Ezelle Art LLC is committed to ensuring that your artwork arrives safely and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.
Processing & Shipping Times
- Original artwork and prints: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment is received.
- Commissioned artwork: Completion time is 6-8 weeks, after which the artwork is prepared for shipment.
- Delivery may take up to 4 weeks, depending on location, carrier delays, and preparation requirements.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided in a personalized quote.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for oversized or framed pieces.
Packaging & Handling
- All artwork is carefully packaged using high-quality materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Large paintings may be shipped rolled in a tube to ensure safe delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Domestic & International Shipping
- We currently ship within the United States.
- For international orders, please contact ezelle@ezelleart.com for a shipping quote before purchasing. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days at ezelle@ezelleart.com with clear photos of the packaging and artwork.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Ezelle Art LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Local Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup: If you prefer to pick up your order, arrangements must be made directly by contacting ezelle@ezelleart.com. Pickup is by appointment only.
- Local delivery: Available for an additional fee. If you are interested in local delivery, please inquire before placing your order.
