Shipping Policy

Processing & Packaging Time

All orders require 2-3 business days for careful packaging before shipping. Custom commissions may require additional time, which will be communicated during the ordering process.

Shipping Carriers & Services

Ezelle Art LLC exclusively ships via UPS for U.S. orders and DHL for international orders to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

Flat-Rate Shipping Prices

U.S. Shipping (UPS Only)

Flat Rate: $45 (Delivery in 5-10 business days)

Local Pickup (Sheboygan area): Free

International Shipping (DHL Only)

Flat Rate: $125 (Shipping time varies by destination)

International shipping additional customs fees or taxes may apply. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST will begin packaging that same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Packaging

All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely:

Canvases are wrapped with protective padding and shipped in reinforced boxes.

Additional care is taken for larger pieces to prevent damage in transit.

Damages & Returns

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. You may choose between:

A replacement of the same value (if available)

A refund for the damaged item

Returns are not accepted for custom commissions or personalized artwork.
